The first time I suspected was 2015, when we were running to the post office twice a day to ship masses of orders of How To Live In Detroit Without Being A Jackass; the second was 2016, right after Trump won, and the New York Times published a review of How To Speak Midwestern, and the Buffalo News published a rave of The Buffalo Anthology, and we ran out of copies of both, and the POD copies were delayed, and we were out of stock everywhere, and it was both wonderful and terrible.
